SPORT AND ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX "AVANGARD"

The concept intends to create one of the first modern sport and entertainment complex, which will ensure development of the district, that will be the central object of the social-cultural infrastructure of the residential area and the whole city of Kiev.

The land plot is located in recreational zone of the Shevchenkivskiy region of Kiev, Melnikova street, close to the center. Today this area is not provided with entertainment and shopping facilities.

"Avangard" Sport and Entertainment Center will be built in ice-hockey style concept and offers 5 major functional spheres:

1. Sport Sphere
2. Entertainment Sphere
3. Shopping galleries
4. 3 Star Hotel
5. Parking Area

Sports Sphere
The block consists of the ice multifunctional arena and the practice arena.

1. Practice arena consists (for 500 spectators) of the ice field 30x60 sq. m, a compact block of office space maintenance of premises and technical facilities, as well as the gymnasium gym and fitness zone.
2. 2. Multifunctional arena consists of transforming field, the stands for 7500 spectators, a large block of office space (locker rooms for 4 teams, medical clinic), administrative offices (administration, press center, lobby etc.), technical facilities, as well as 12 VIP- loges for 8 guests each.

Arena interconnected, allowing sports teams to use for training and presentations both arenas.

Entertainment Sphere
Components of this zones includes: bath complex with communal swimming pool and 4-individual steam rooms, cinema multiplex, in 5 rooms (4 halls for 200 seats of the visual, 1 hall with 450 seats) with mini-bar, bowling club for the 12 tracks with a mini bar, cafeteria and pizzeria, disco, central rink ice-covered services and additional facilities (locker rooms, lobby, etc.). Multiplex cinemas associated with food courts. The central object is the central anchor roller.

Shopping galleries
This block consists of the lease of commercial premises and mooring facilities: supermarket, restaurant and food court unit. Each component parts of the block has an independent load in a different parts of the block. Halls food court located in the shopping gallery of the second level and has a view of the rink and training arena. In the restaurant all the tables have a view on the field training arena. Lease business premises have input from commercial galleries, large front windows.

3 Star Hotel
The hotel has 9 floors. The total number of guest rooms is 140, 120 of which standard total area of 20 sq.m. and 20 superior rooms of 27 sq.m. The view from the window open to the shopping center and a park Dorogozhichi.

Parking Area
Provides surface parking and underground parking. Surface parking consists of 2 two parts: the main parking lot for visitors to shopping and entertainment center, hotels and visitors arena. Additional parking for athletes, workers and complex vip-guests. The main parking zone is located in front of the shopping center and a hotel. Additional parking is located by the service entrance to the ice arena. Ground and underground parking have 883 parking lots.
