Group «Development» is a young, dynamically developing company, which was founded on 12th February 2007.  We provide a complete range of services including commercial, residential, real estate and property plus in the field of capital management. During a short period of time we have achieved quite a lot.

Working on the principles of project management, we have first of all won, our partners’ trust, both of whom are owners of private property and other real estate; professional and amateur investors; who are interested in project implementation in the fields of commercial and residential real estate, also network companies interested in the expansion of their own network and to act as anchor leaseholders of future real estate projects.

A basic task of the real estate department is a professional approach at all project stages, providing high-quality services in the real estate markets plus attaining leadership in the field of development and consulting.
